Jordi Carbonell (Barcelona, 1963) is a producer and audiovisual entrepreneur. He is an expert in financing, investment, and audiovisual taxation through the management of both national and international fiscal and economic incentives. During the 1990s, he combined business management with the production of short films by young directors with great creative potential. He is currently a partner and CEO of Sin Parpadear, S.L., alongside Oriol Cardús, dedicated to international production and co-production. In recent years, he has produced 13 titles, including feature films, short films, documentaries, and series. Since starting in 2011 as a founding partner of Produccions del Primer Cinquena, S.L., producing titles such as “Nasciturus” (2011), “Para Elisa” (2012), and “Vidas Búlgaris” (2014), his career has continued to grow, culminating in the acquisition of 50% of Sin Parpadear, S.L. in 2022. With this company, they have produced “Adrià” (2023), “Entre Mareas” (2024), “Sal&Dean” (2024), and “Prou Bé” (2024). He is also a contributor to the digital magazine www.cineytele.com and a speaker on financing and private investment at various national and international audiovisual conferences. Additionally, he is a consultant for Valuecapital and Nexum ETL, companies dedicated to film investment. Among his upcoming projects as producer and executive producer are the production of two feature films: “Una Bala, una Pistola y un Panda” (2025) and “El Mundo Era Nuestro” (2025/26).
